Very satisfy with the whole experience. The facility after checking out was outstanding. All the staff was very friendly.

I???d like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team especially Mr Tishan (GM), Nicoletta , Rose , Anshika , Sheila , Cedric , John and Juanito for making my mum???s birthday celebration so special. Your warm hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness truly made the day memorable for her and for all of us. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was perfect. Please extend my gratitude to everyone who helped make this celebration such a beautiful experience.

We had two fantastic weeks at this hotel in September, and it was amazing! The food choices were great. At lunch you can choose between the buffet, La Plage (on the beach) and the Italian. We preferred La Plage for the stunning beach and sea views, and also loved the variety of food at the Italian. For the evening meal, there???s the buffet, La Plage (on the beach) and the Italian. Again, La Plage and the Italian were our favourites. Eating on the beach was an amazing experience! The Italian had a more special feel, and we celebrated a family birthday there where the staff brought out a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Special shout out to: -Atish who is the best beach waiter we???ve ever had! He gave outstanding service, always remembered our names and drinks orders, and made our birthday celebration extra special by climbing a tree to get a coconut and decorating it! -The rest of the friendly beach staff, plus Chesta, Deepak, Natasha, Brinda, Roma and Shailee, and D. Hurkoo, the exceptional kitchen artist who created fantastic buffet displays every day. A few things to note: -The Italian and La Plage need to be booked a few days in advance for the evening meal, so make your first booking as soon as you can. -There are signs saying no reserving sunbeds, but this isn???t really enforced from what we saw. However, we never had trouble finding one. A number of people put towels on their beds and then didn???t return until later in the day -The hotel is generally accessible, but a handrail on the steps to the beach would be helpful (there is one ramp in the middle of the hotel leading to the beach). -Travellers from the UK, make sure to take plug adapters as there was only 1 British plug in our room. -You can order free minibar items (like KitKats and beer) via a QR code in the room, but we found it a bit inconsistent, sometimes the items arrived, sometimes not. We had an amazing holiday and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely go back!
